The prices listed below are wholesale acquisition cost (WAC) prices, which represent Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics, Inc.’s published list prices for the products sold to wholesalers and/or direct purchasers, before any discount, rebate, or other price reduction. These WAC prices are based on data obtained by Redbook, current as of 2/1/26.
The WAC prices listed may differ significantly from actual prices paid by customers and consumers. In addition, a product’s WAC is typically not associated with per-dose pricing, and does not necessarily reflect price per dosage, price per course of treatment or the cost effectiveness of all the products listed. “Generic Products”
The “Generic Products” identified on the forms are generic products listed in the same therapeutic class. Colorado HB 19-1131 has defined “Therapeutic Class” as:
